We want you to be completely satisfied with your Disturbia purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix your return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
